These guys were great. Went out of there way to fit us in at end of a long day and went and purchased screws I was missing. This concept is perfect for our situation living in a townhouse with no garage or storage. It’s our first year with a soft top and they did a great job of putting it on in the rain with a tent to keep our jeep dry. Would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

I heard about this company from a stranger (a fellow Jeep owner) in the park wing of a hardware store. You know how Jeep owners like to share Jeep stories. When I got home I looked them up and thought how brilliant of an idea this is (I wish I thought of it). Setting up my appointment was easy online. The communication was excellent. I brought my Jeep to their physical location in Tewksbury for the change over. Both of the owners and their staff were so friendly and helpful. Being a new Jeep owner I was able to get a tutorial on how to work my soft top along with the do’s and dont’s and tips to make it easy. I have a garage but don’t have the space to store my hardtop so this is extremely convenient and hassle free. I definitely recommend to all Jeep owners.

This is our 3nd year using HardTop Hotel. This is an amazing service for Jeep owners! Great communication, scheduling, quick and easy pick up! The entire process is smooth and streamlined.

HardTop Hotel is such a time saver for us Jeep owners with limited storage space. HardTop can remove a soft top and install a hard top and vice versa in the matter of 10-15 minutes. Totally worth it! Love the service - the guys are always so friendly and accommodating.

Once again, Great customer service and very fast appointment. My Jeeptops were switched in just over 15 minutes.

Hardtop hotel works really well with you as they communicate and are very prompt and reasonable. I have no complaints as I am a new Jeep owner and all of it was so new to me.

The guys came through and swapped out my hardtop within 30 minutes. Came back at the end of the season and did the swap quickly again. Super friendly and professional!

While I was not at home when my soft-top was switched for the hard top, everything was done to my satisfaction. The guys arrived on time, and made the swap quickly. The soft-top and parts were placed neatly at the garage entrance, and the hardtop was securily attached as was the wiper and rear defroster harness. The top looks clean and well take care of. Good job all around.

This is out 2nd year booking the HARDTOP Hotel and was still seamless as ever and especially since I wasn't going to be home. I was missing a part they called and asked if wanted replaced and that was done and also bagged and put my freedom top panels away in my shed. would recommend this service to any jeep owner who does not have the space to store their hard top and needs the help to place their soft top in a safe place before it blows the top right off your passenger!!
