Very friendly staff and incredibly easy and quick change out. Only waited 20 minutes and I was missing a few screws which they supplied. Very reasonably priced as well. I'll be a customer as long as I have a Wrangler.

So happy that I found Hard Top Hotel to change out my Bronco’s hard top to its soft top. They team arrived at my home exactly on time, were friendly, and completed the job in less than thirty minutes!!

So… I had to go to the place three times…that wasn’t their fault. The first time I went I had bought a soft top on marketplace and it was the completely wrong soft top. The people that work there were so so so kind. They told me that I needed a different soft top and I went on my way and found the correct soft top. I came back a second time with the correct soft top and was told that I didn’t have the hardware that you need to connect the soft top to. So then I went back to the person that I bought the soft top from and understood that when you purchase a soft top vehicle from Ford, it comes with a necessary hardware that you need to install the soft top. If you buy a vehicle that only has the hard top. It does not come with a hard top hardware that you need to be able to install a soft top. So I was lucky enough to purchase my soft top from kind people who also didn’t understand how the process works and they were able to take the hardware off of their vehicle and give it to me the prior day. I went back for the third time and success. It all worked out great. However, I would love to be able to create a checklist of what is needed to install these soft tops because it’s very confusing.

Overall great experience from start to finish. The crew was on time and finished the change over in like 20 minutes or less. James and his colleague walked me through the soft top operation and could not have been nicer. Five stars all the way.
