Great service and price! Just needed hard top removed and put in my shed and soft top put on and the guys were on time and very nice and did a great job!!! Will be using them in the fall to change back to the hardtop!

Year 2…. And still I cannot begin to say enough great things… quick, efficient, courteous, and just plain great. The whole booking process to get the hardtop back on was seamless. Team arrived within appointment window and were in contact morning off- done meaning soft top off, all surrounds, hardtop and freedom panels put back on and pulling away within 13 mins.

Quick and easy process - in and out in 20 minutes. The service people were exceptional even escorting me to the waiting room. Love the fact that they store the hard top for the summer.

Part4-I’ll make this my last, because I’m just saying the same thing over and over. Another great experience with Hardtop. They’ve been consistently on time, courteous and so darn fast. It’s truly the best money you can spend as a cheap owner, saves so much time and aggravation + the storage if you’re short on space is amazing.

Part 2- Yup, best money I've spent in a while. The change from soft to hard top took 13 minutes and they were even an hour early! Got the correct top back (one of my worries) and the guys were super nice and efficient. I'll be coming back next year for sure!
Part 1- This is my first experience with HardTop Hotel. I will write a second review when my HardTop is returned from storage in the fall. That said, this was maybe the best money I spent all year. The guys showed up within the 1 hour window that I was given via text on the day prior. Both men were polite, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Between removal of the hard top into their truck and putting on the soft top and windows, they were at my place for 19 minutes. It was awesome. If it's that easy in the fall and my top is stored well, I will no doubt give them a second 5 stars!

Two guys came a little early - Great! They introduced themselves and got right to work while engaging in light conversation! Very nice, polite, and efficient ! Received confirmation email of payment shortly after they left. Great to do business with this company!

I had my hard top swapped for a soft top (owned) and the experience was great. The crew came to my house, they were personable, knowledgeable and fast. When they told me it usually only took 30 mins, I was skeptical but then I watched them accomplish it in 20 mins! I'm loving the soft top and huge thanks to HardTop Hotel for making this happen.

Such a great service! I have been using HardTop Hotel for several years and am never disappointed. They came to my workplace this morning and swapped my hardtop for my soft top. It took them about 20 minutes. They are great about communicating when they are on the way and show up when expected.
