The guys who removed my hard top and installed the soft top were great. They were quick, had all the tool and gear they needed and even some bolts I was missing and they got the job done in no time. They were also super friendly guys. Saved me a lot of hassle doing it myself and storing the top in my yard!

Part4-I’ll make this my last, because I’m just saying the same thing over and over. Another great experience with Hardtop. They’ve been consistently on time, courteous and so darn fast. It’s truly the best money you can spend as a cheap owner, saves so much time and aggravation + the storage if you’re short on space is amazing. Part3- Another great experience! Part 2- Yup, best money I've spent in a while. The change from soft to hard top took 13 minutes and they were even an hour early! Got the correct top back (one of my worries) and the guys were super nice and efficient. I'll be coming back next year for sure! Part 1- This is my first experience with HardTop Hotel. I will write a second review when my HardTop is returned from storage in the fall. That said, this was maybe the best money I spent all year. The guys showed up within the 1 hour window that I was given via text on the day prior. Both men were polite, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Between removal of the hard top into their truck and putting on the soft top and windows, they were at my place for 19 minutes. It was awesome. If it's that easy in the fall and my top is stored well, I will no doubt give them a second 5 stars!

I cannot say enough good things about Hard Top Hotel! The entire process was unbelievably smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. Their communication was amazing the whole way through — quick responses, super informative, and genuinely helpful. They met me in Rhode Island, removed my Bronco hard top, and installed my soft top flawlessly. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with so much attention to detail. You can tell these guys truly know what they’re doing. What really stood out to me was that they didn’t just install it and send me on my way — they actually took the time to teach me how to use the soft top properly. They had me practice opening and closing it myself while I was there to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything before leaving. That level of customer service is rare. And to top it all off, they carefully packed up my hard top and are storing it for me for the summer, which makes life SO much easier. The convenience alone is worth it, but their pricing was also extremely fair. The whole experience was friendly, professional, efficient, and honestly just refreshing. I highly recommend Hard Top Hotel to anyone considering switching to the ease and freedom of a soft top for the summer. Absolutely worth it!

This is such a great service! You sign up for a date for the swap. A few days before they give you a one hour window (ONE HOUR!) and they show up on time, rain or shine. The guys are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend HardTop Hotel to swap your tops!

Sam and his crewmates were super nice and swiched out my hard top for my soft top expertly and expeditiously. They arrived early for the appointment and were done with the switch in 30 minutes! They also placed my hard top in the shed after they were done. Moreover when there was an issue with the top rattling they drove over a hour to fix it! Great business they have going! Will use them again!

The team was punctual, friendly, and they really took care with my hardtop and soft top. I also got a good look at how the hard top is protected for storage and they use a tracking system with QR codes. They switched my tops in less than half an hour. It usually takes me MUCH longer to do it myself and now I have space to park my jeep in my garage without the hardtop in there taking up space!

Had an amazing experience with them and planning to reuse them again next year for sure. The staff was very helpful throughout the whole process and even helped me out getting my hardtop fixed. Would reccommend them to anyone looking for a place to store their hardtop in the summer months.

Amazing experience. Anyone with a Jeep in the area should use them. Removed the hard top without issue, then installed the soft top--and hauled away the hard top to store till winter. Couldn't have asked for a better deal.
